- **Storm Preparation & Assessment**: Pre-storm securing and post-storm damage assessment with photo documentation. $75-$150.
- **Light Handyman**: On-the-spot minor repairs found during inspections. $50-$75/hr.
- **Spring Power Washing** (April-May): Exterior cleaning of siding, decks, patios, walkways, driveways. $225-$375.
- **Fall Leaf Cleanup** (October-November): Targeted leaf removal from hardscaped areas. $60-$100.
